Return Policy

At Palm Tree Surf Club, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you're not happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn & unused, with tags still attached. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@palmtreesurfclub.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply regarding the item's condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
